We hold a drawing on the first Monday of every even numbered month. Submit a picture of your receipt from any locally owned business to enter the drawing. The winning entry will receive a $100 gift certificate to that same business of the receipt attached to the winning entry drawn.
You can enter more by spending more. There is a $5 minimum required and the first entry is up to $20 spent shown on the receipt. Every $20 increment thereafter gives you another entry: A receipt with $5-$20 is one entry, $5-$39.99 is still one entry, $40-$59.99 is two entries, $60-$79.99 is three entries, etc. There is a max of 10 entries per day, or $200+ spent.
New drawings start from scratch, submissions don't carry over. Winner will be contacted first by email. If no response to claim award is given after five calendar days, an attempt to contact by phone will be made. If no response after another five calendar days a new winner will be pulled from the drawing. The same selection process continues until a winner claims the prize for that drawing period. The drawing is intended for legal residents of the fifty (50) United States of America ("USA"), including the District of Columbia ("D.C.").

You are essentially buying customers for $2 each who must provide a receipt for transactions worth $5 or more. Any unused submissions may be refunded in full by request through email. If people aren't shopping with you even after paying for sponsorship, you may get your money back by request through email.
